The hotel exceeded all expectations. Had unforgettable stay during winter time with flexible staff and stunning location to pasvik national park. Lovely and impressive room, the bathroom was spacious. Superb view, the bed was comfortable.

snowhotel kirkenes was absolutely incredible - from the warm and cozy cabins to the delicious local cuisine, everything exceeded our expectations. the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had an amazing experience. the variety of activities, like dog sledding and king crab tour, made our stay unforgettable.

The units were exceptionally nice and comfortable with a mattress in a sleeping bag, all ice except for a mattress in a sleeping bag wrapped up in a clean sheet. the staff were kind. the location was stunning and great, adjacent to a short walk away from the cabin and taxi.

I recently had the most incredible stay at the Snowhotel in Kirkenes. I must admit, I was initially skeptical about it being too touristy, but I was pleasantly surprised. the room was absolutely amazing, with stunning ice sculptures and a truly magical atmosphere. the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, and the provided equipment like sleeping bags, balaclavas, and woolen socks worked perfectly. the sauna was a highlight after a chilly night, and the shower and bath facilities were clean and well-maintained. I was also blown away by the breakfast selection, which was far better than any other place in Norway. I highly recommend visiting the hotel, especially during the summer when you can have the whole place to yourself or just a few other guests. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

We had an excellent experience at Snowhotel. the staff was amazing, coming from all over the world and providing interesting insights into the hotel's transformation throughout the seasons. We even had the chance to meet the owner's family, who were lovely and deeply cared about the guests' well-being. the activities provided were personalized and the food, especially the king crabs that we caught ourselves, was amazing. the little cabins were cozy and the location was surrounded by stunning scenery and wildlife. it was a 10/10 experience. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.
